Crazy slow. Sit in drive through for 25min to get 3 blizzards. Only one car in front of me. Bonkers level incompetence. Lobby didn’t look busy either. 3pm in the afternoon, seriously

it’s very unfortunate I even had to put one star,
let’s start with the kid that’s young with a chili bowl cut is always stoned out of mind, he won’t even serve us, or he purposely screws our food up!
it’s disrespectful and unnecessary the way he treats us.
I walk in there with my husband and my toddler I’m not really sure what his issue is, don’t have chili cheese fries on the menu if your employees are going to have an issue when we order.
Not only that, his excuse was valid but the fact that we were ignored by the lady just PLAYING on her phone for a whole 20 mins, my son is two he’s laughing and giggling she couldn’t even say “one second please” face buried into the phone that’s it, then we get a rude not even a hi “we won’t have what you want.” This kid didn’t even give my husband a chance to speak.

Took around 30 minutes to get our food. The girls at the counter, they were great. They were busting their butts to attend to everyone, but the ones in the kitchen, took forever to get food out. My chicken strips were nice and hot, but fries were ice cold. Went to order ice cream and noticed the 2 in the back were not wearing gloves and had their hands all over the food and scratching their head as if it was just ok. My daughter just started softball and we will be in Pilot Point and Celina a lot for the next few months, so I thought DQ might be our new place for dinner on game nights, but boy was I wrong. We were there tonight 3/26/26 around 8:30 and we were far from the only ones who waited at least 30 minutes for our food, but I think we were the only ones who noticed that the cooks were not wearing gloves.

The restaurant appears to have had an exterior make over as it looked brand new. However, the interior was not new but still comfortable and clean for a quick lunch.
We enjoyed the food. It came out quickly. The service, however, was lacking. The cashier took our order and got mine wrong, so she had to start my order over. No problem however she substituted the fries on my husband's order to match my order. I ordered onion rings instead of fries which she told me was an option as well as a couple other options but didn't mention it was an upcharge. When we got our food, we saw the substituted side and told them we didn't order it on my husband's just mine, so they gave us the fries that came with his meal. However, we didn't realize we were charged extra for the side. So it cost us an extra $4 for onion rings that we either didn't order (my husband) or wouldn't have paid extra for (mine) knowing it was an upcharge.
