  If I could give it a zero I would. Customer service is horrible. I let the man at the bar know there wasn’t any paper towels/napkins in the restroom and he said “that’s ok”. Like, what??? I work in customer service as well and would never tell a customer something like that. Very bad customer service here. No one ever came to take our order we had to go to the bar to order our drinks. For the amount of money we spent here the customer service sucks. Not coming back

  Went on 3/19/2026 around 7pm. We had a 30 minute wait. We decided to sit & wait in the 1st floor bar area. They had small basketball hoops. The teenage kids that were there were throwing them to the wall from afar. It was really loud & chaotic. We moved closer to the bar area. Once I saw the manager he seemed very annoyed & rude that I brought it up. Until finally he told the parents. The bartenders were really attentive, made great drinks, as well as our waitress. Had a great time once we got to our bay. I only gave it a 3 because of the way the manager’s attitude was.

  A wonderful Friday afternoon at Top Golf, relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere, sipping on some very ice-cold, fresh half-sweet tea and half lemonade. The very positive, smiling waitress, Xiomara, demonstrated excellent customer service by suggesting various food options. She made our first experience there very heartwarming, delightful, and just a great time enjoying with my wife there! The front floor manager, Mike, also came to our table to check on us, and demonstrated as well a very top-level customer service, which made our experience enjoyable! Thank you so much for such a good time really enjoyed it and will be coming back just because of the awesome customer service!

  They keep on giving us attitude and they keep on saying 8 more minutes when we waited 2 hours so we left and they were so many spots open and we were waiting for the texts and we saw they weren’t doing nothing and if was our first time. Also we were calling to make reservations but they wouldn’t answer the phone.
