  Always great food but during Good Friday it gets hectic. We waited 45 mins for the appetizer but well worth it and “Dana” made sure our food was out shortly after. Her attention and empathy was very much appreciated earned 5 star review.

  good food horrible server. are server DeLone spent more time talking about how much of a good server he was then spent the whole evening giving mediocre too basically bad service. He never refiled me or my family's drinks. instead of ringing in the food we ordered he decided to charge us for more expensive plates and not tell us Intel after we got are food. worst is that he was training a waitress. if he can't do his job write why would a manager give him the opportunity to train a new waitress. also if your trining someone its your responsibility to make sure the food is rang in properly not the other way around.

  Great service. Excellent food. We had one minor problem and the management went out of their way to correct the problem in the most professional way.

  What was supposed to be a good Birthday dinner was actually one of the worst dining experiences ever. Service was as if we were on some type reality show testing our patience. Our sever was never around and come to find out he was having to do kitchen duties while serving tables. Unbelievable! Someone should really look into who is managing this Pharr Tx location.

  Went last night,the worse service we ever got from Pappadeaux. We waited for 20 minutes for the soup to come and another 40 minutes and no dinner was served on our table. We left the restaurant and left 20 dollars on the table for the tea and gambo. We felt like because it was just me and my bf ,that our server neglected us thinking not much order comparing to rest of the group from the restaurant,which they got their food first even they came after us. We are good tipper,. No one came to our table to apologize. Will not be going on this location at all..Never had this problem from the other location...
