I arrived after the time my order was supposed to be ready, only to find out they hadn’t even started preparing it until I asked about it. That’s already frustrating, but things just got worse from there. I ordered 20 wings of the same flavor, and somehow they were split into two boxes—one with only 4 wings and the other stuffed with the rest to the point the box wouldn’t even close. On top of that, I only received 19 wings. When you’re paying around $24 for 20 wings, the least you expect is for the order to be accurate. The wings themselves were a mess. I asked for extra crispy, and what I got was the exact opposite. They were so oily that the entire bag was soaked through by the time I got home. This isn’t the first time this location has messed up, so it’s clearly not a one-off issue. I really hope this place gets a new manager and a staff that actually pays attention, because the service and quality at this point are unacceptable.
