Where to start? Maybe the part of how I was not offered a receipt or by why I don’t RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION EVER UNTIL THEY MAKE CHANGES. I had never gone to a wingstop or any other restaurant since Covid CARRY OUT this place reminded me of the why I never went back. First, my order was taken and the cashier seemed way too busy and in a rush. I wasn’t expecting 5 star treatment this is just another fast food place BUT I did tell her it was my first time there in while and did not know what flavor or seasoning sauces the place offered. I then sat to wait (the place was practically EMPTY) I sat and waited didn’t even know how long my expected wait time was.While waiting I the place was getting LOUD not by the customers walking in and out But by the cashiers and probably managers in the mix the went about their business TALKING AWAY about their weekend and plans for the week. I was never asked if I was waiting and let alone for HOW LONG HAD I BEEN WAITING(ONE COMBO AND EXTRA ORDER OF FRIES). This place had MORE THAN ENOUGH EMPLOYEES for that tiny store. I got to see their customer service skills of which are SO POOR. These employees never greeted the customers barely even acknowledged they just kept talking away between them Very rude! I got to see as they corrected a lady’s order no apology given. The rude cashier was very distracted with the out of work place conversations that she approached the same lady whom was STILL WAITING after her order got corrected. Cashier had the audacity to ask if she had been helped REALLY? the customer proceeded to say “I HAVENT PAID” It is ridiculous how distracted these employees where. Employees need customer service TRAINING. My wait time was almost 45 minutes only because they were extremely distracted to even bother checking the orders right or to look around for any customers and their needs. Whom ever own this franchise is losing money/customers. I only gave a 1 star is ALREADY TOO MUCH
FOR THIS location. The food was cold and fries were soggy not crispy at all. I hope wingstop makes changes because a ratchet place isn’t cool. They need to choose employees wisely.

Hello,
I would like to file a complaint about the service and hygiene practices I witnessed today at your Wingstop location.
When I went in to place an order, one of the cooks spoke to me very rudely, telling me that there were no bone-in wings and no fries—only boneless and corn. If basic menu items are not available, I don’t understand why the location is even open.
On top of that, I observed multiple hygiene issues. One female employee wearing a polo shirt took cash, put it away in a corner near the register, and walked straight into the kitchen without washing her hands, then began preparing fries (which I had just been told were not available).
Additionally, another employee was cooking while wearing earbuds, and kept adjusting them repeatedly with his hands and immediately continuing to handle food without washing them. This is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable for any food establishment.
I hope these issues are addressed immediately, as this experience was very unprofessional, disappointing, and concerning from a health and safety standpoint.
