  I drive the extra miles to come to this Whataburger over the one down the street from my house. Better service and rarely forget anything +Always happily relieved when I get assisted by Andrew(drive thru) Great and positive service from him

  Everything in my order was fine BUT I received a diet Dr Pepper or something because I ordered a Dr Pepper and that’s not what I got, I also received it missing some soda and not getting a full cup like I expected. Just the fact that they saw it was full, closes it, and brought it out thinking it was fine was crazy to me because it’s whataburger, I’m disappointed cause I expected better.

  You guys did me so dirty today! I ordered a patty melt and I swear it was to most disappointing burger I’ve ever seen in my life! You guys forgot the sauce, the burger was pressed legit to a point where it was freaking smashed! DRY. These kids are all over the place not charging correctly, messing up my burger, getting in each others way, where are the adults man. So disappointed… didn’t even bother calling because I’ve lost hope! & that’s it! I will never leave a Whataburger window without making sure my order is right. You guys have lost my trust forever! #notcool.

  employees were rude and condescending. asked a girl for help and she goes “i’m off the clock” in a super snarky way… like okay then why are you still behind the counter??? 🙄 and the manager or supervisor on duty was so rude when he was asked to come out to help because there was an influx of customers in the lobby. he aggressively tapped the screen when taking our order because he was upset that he had to take our order??? you work in customer service CRAZY you’re gonna work with customers! super disappointing experience. the employees here don’t care about customer service—it’s just a job to them, and that’s fine, but even at that you don’t get to treat people like garbage just because you’re upset you have to work. never coming to this location again. don’t go into customer facing jobs if you don’t want to deal with customers. if you want long wait times and bad attitudes this is the place to go.
