My father went to this location about two months ago, he hurt his back bagging his groceries and lifting so many heavy bags to put in his shopping cart at checkout because none of the workers that were nearby horsing around with each other bothered to help, nobody offered help , they instead kept talking at the lounge area. Thereafter my mother wrote a review on here about the situation and the answer from the (owner/moderator) here was “workers help upon request”. Which is a straight bull answer. NOBODY needs to request workers to do their job. It’s basic common sense and you’re just trying to excuse yourself from the situation. If you have incompetent workers then you need to get rid of them and hire actual competent employees. Customers DO NOT need to be chasing after employees to help them when it’s their own job to begin with. Very disappointed.

We're Winter Texans, and this part of Texas is new to us. We've shopped at four different H-E-B locations in the area, and they've all been great. This store is our favorite by far: Plenty of parking, diesel at the fuel pumps, fantastic craft beer section, big selection of sushi at 9:30 AM, and a store layout that doesn't feel crowded. See you next week!
