The price for the food was fair as the plate was enough to fill me up. The outside was clean and the landscaping is well kept. The inside also was clean. I would eat here again.

The drive-thru interaction immediately felt uncomfortable, as the staff member made it seem like we were an inconvenience. When I asked for a shrimp bowl, the employee laughed and said it wasn’t on the menu. I realized I meant to say tostada, but being laughed at while ordering is not professional customer service. When we reached the window, the employee who identified as Viridian appeared very annoyed while taking payment for the order she had just taken. Unfortunately, the food quality was also very poor. The tostada portion was about half the size compared to other locations, it was cold, and the overall taste was not good. Based on the portion size, it would honestly take two tostadas to equal what other locations typically serve in one bowl. I’ve had good experiences at other locations, which is why this visit stood out so much. Hopefully management or corporate can address both the service and food quality issues at this location so future customers have a better experience.
