  I was shocked at the type of service (or lack of) I received here on March 21 between 8:10 PM and 8:20 PM with the female at the cash register wearing glasses. I went to pick up an order and she didn't even let me finish my sentence and interrupted me. I then ordered an additional sauce and she annoyingly slid it across the counter. Chipotle, these aren't the type of employees you want representing your establishment.

  Everything was great but really lacked service and hospitality. Today Chipotle had a BOGO promo, lady with fake freckles at Jackson location told me I wouldn’t be able to get it since it was over at 4PM. Due to high demand I was in line since 3:30 even showed her a video of when I got there and still denied. I love to come here since it is close to my house, this experience took my appetite away. Taking so much pride as whatever position she holds is insane to me, if you have the opportunity to make it right for a guest why do the opposite. Very disappointing. 0/5

  This place is disgusting, the tables and floors, and the employee's there just chatted instead of cleaning. .It was the worst experience I had in Texas. I thought it would be as clean as Michigan, but it's not...for sure this place need a new staff and new manager a good one!!!

  The girl making my bowl wants to get frustrated because I asked for double of the proteins and then fat shame my order at the register. “ Did you get the order noooo it’s double proteins it’s allot”! Sorry some of us like to eat! Then the cashier likes to stick her dirty fingers in my cups and then catch an attitude when I kindly requested new cups! After paying decides to give but holds back my receipt! WOW would’ve hired better associates, arrived in a great mood until THAT!
