    Man my sandwich looks so sad. Cucumber is cut all thin, barely got much green bell pepper…and the tomatoes are like fun sized…

    I saw a television commercial about Subway's protein pockets. I decided to visit the location nearest me at the time which was at FM 685. I was not disappointed. Wait times were reasonable. Servers were able to accurately complete my order while providing pleasant conversation and the food was a value that I'd been seeking. This was my first time at this location. I will now add it to my list of regulars. Well worth the visit.

    I mean just peep the time at the top left and the estimated delivery time. I was just about to leave and drive up there but I just now finally got a text saying it will be here at 1:48 don’t ever bother ordering through the phone app or you’ll be sitting at home waiting for about a hour with no update I even called over 10 times no answer just a automated message saying something like the number is no longer in use and that number was listen on the app and on the website, Subway is a massive global franchise this should definitely not be happening especially if your getting charged over $15 in fees and what not just for ordering through the app. the least you could do is have a working phone in your store…. Breads kinda hard and chewy and obviously it’s nothing against the ppl working there this seems out of their control but the people who can fix it, haven’t. even with reviews couple days ago same issue the higher ups don’t care to fix which causes people to be rude to the people working there when it’s not their fault. that’s just working at big corporations now adays hopefully they read this and fix ts 👍👍

    I wanted to contact the store to update my online order. However, their phone is disconnected, impossible to reach, and the app won’t help with the issue either. Horrible customer service and user interface.
