  I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the poor service and unprofessional conduct I experienced during my recent visit to your establishment on March 14th. During our visit, my group was ignored for fifteen minutes by a bartender who was not wearing a name tag and had visible script tattoos (no issue with tattoos, i have a sleeve. It's the only descriptive identifier for the awful bartender) When he finally acknowledged us, he prioritized other guests and eventually handed our service off to another staff member named Iman. I would like to note that Iman provided excellent service and was the only positive aspect of our experience. Meanwhile, the initial bartender stepped outside, leaving the station unattended. He attempted to apologize saying he was "closing a tab", which was not true. He was pouring shots and chatting them up. Not an issue at all if the bar isn't busy. It definitely was since it was dinner time. I didn't accept his laughable attempt at an apology, which lead to petty behavior hours later. Later in the evening, this same bartender refused to refill the water station despite children waiting in line. When I personally requested water, he became dismissive and hostile, stating he "wouldn't serve me" because I had supposedly offended him. This unprofessionalism prompted me to request a supervisor. That was another 20 minute wait (wonder where the bartender got the behavior from) Unfortunately, the supervisor’s response was equally discouraging. He was immediately defensive, refused to provide the bartender’s name, and ignored my specific concerns regarding the lack of employee identification and the empty water station. Rather than addressing the staff's performance, he suggested that I use the water fountains located elsewhere in the facility. The behavior of both the bartender and the management is far below the standards expected of a "social club" type restaurant. It appears that the poor attitude of the staff is a direct reflection of the leadership on-site. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the guest experience and staff accountability.

  This was my childhood place but it has Incompetent employees, had an incident a while back where an employee got pissed in front of my family with kids because we were frustrated on being mislead by the machines on a package deal, the entrance counter employee started arguing with us not even trying to help at all.

  Honestly it's a fun time if you have a good group of friends. The arcade is significantly overpriced and you'll burn cash quickly there. The activities like mini golf are a significantly better value proposition with you being able to play the entire course for 1hr, 1 1/2 hrs for $7. The courses are not very interesting but some of them can be quite challenging and worth a visit occasionally.
