  i have a takeout order its just 8piece wings, and they made me to wait inside the store for more than 40min and i was the only customer in the store even though no one helped me out for 30min.., never gonna visit this store again.

  Unprofessional. They have “managers” with wife’s and girlfriends & they be up there taking shots. Smoking. And a lot flirting and disrespectful employees up there. One of they’re girl employees almost got beat up by the managers girl cause they was “play flirting”

  They alwaya leave something off of the delivery and you cant actually talk to a human being to straighten things out. I also got texts from the deluvery driver complaining to me and aaking why it was taking so long. They ended up leaving the second driver was nice. Overall. HOT MESS!

  It takes me about 365 days to forget why I never order Pizza from Papa John's. Inevitably someone in my household will say, "let's get Papa John's," and I will have completely forgotten that they use Door Dash, and this adds unnecessary minutes to delivery times. An order that Papa John's will claim will arrive at 1:00 to 1:10 will switch over to Door Dash and say delivery between 1:30 and 1:35. Meanwhile I have a house full of hungry people wondering aloud why we didn't get Dominoes. The quality of pizza is not worth the terrible delivery time.
