Their Jalapeño bread is hard like cardboard and flavorless. I have always had to drive to College Station Krogers for their Cheddar and Jalapeño Bread is 😱 omg, delicious. It is soft, tasty lots of cheese on top but the texture is unbelievable! Please HEB experts, can you work harder at using a better recipie for your Cheddar and Jalapeño Cheese? Please!!

Maybe try some customer service training and be a little more kind and understanding? I wasn’t trying to cause “lost of cost” to the store, a simple no would have sufficed.
