  We’ve been here a few times and honestly it’s the fried mac and cheese balls that made us wanna go there. Service and food has never been anything to write home about. This unfortunately was our last time visiting this place. They were completely out of crab and said they wouldn’t be getting more until Tuesday. Which is okay I understand I settled for the shrimp. Our food took forever to come out even though they weren’t that busy and after about 20-30 minutes of waiting they came by and asked for our receipt but one of the servers took it. Food finally came out. No utensils at the table. Had to ask for gloves twice and butter 3 times. Shrimp boil had no corn on the cob in it, it was just shrimp and potatoes and it was super dry and rubbery. No one came by to pay us out and went up front to pay and it took four people to figure out who our server was. I don’t understand the format of ordering at front but having a server at the table but not having the same server coming by? I obviously creates a lot of confusion of who is serving us and who we ask stuff for. Either have us order up front, pay up front, and pick up our food or lets us have a traditional sit down service. Anyways won’t be back.

  The bar was dirty and gross. Sat with my husband, sticky bar top. Not offered a menu, grabbed one laying on the bar, also sticky. Asked the bartender what was good on the cocktail menu, he says " everything sucks", um ok. Ordered the nachos to share, given no plates, no silverware. Finally caught the bartender's attention to ask for plates. Found some paper towels we could reach, and one fork which we shared - whatever. The people next to us left, no attempt to wipe the bar top was given, I feel bad I didn't tell the couple who sat there next, blech. Restaurant was half empty, not super busy....I can guess why.

  Mr. Man Bun in the blue manager's shirt needs to stop distracting his younger female waitstaff cause me and my fam just ate there and every time Kayla went into the back to do something she got distracted by Man Bun and forgot everything we asked for. Probably spent 30 mins more in the store than we should have just waiting on her to stop flirting with him. We even had to stop another waiter and ask him to bring us some things we were missing. The food is great and we've never had this problem before but as a food service worker myself, that was crazy.

  So I usually don’t write reviews but my experience today was so great that I just had to. When I sat down, I saw him, the man the myth the legend, the one and only Amari. The way he strutted over to my table, the beautiful form, the brisk pace, and the fabulous smile. I knew he was the one. When he handed me my 6 pounds of crab, he did so so elegantly. It was poetry in motion. He didn’t falter at all. It was one smooth motion. That was the best server I’ve ever had. Oh the food was good too.

  I picked up my food at the time it said my food would be ready and put an extra tip for the meat to be well done. Well it came cold and soggy, my order was wrong, and they smashed my food down with the condiments. This was my first time there and all I have to say is I want my money back for what I received. I didn't have a complicated order but they obviously don't care up there. One of the young guys walked up to the take out counter putting something in his mouth with his fingers and staring at me while I was staring at him put his fingers in his mouth hoping he wasnt about to touch my food next. I wont be back and will not recommend this place to anyone.
