Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I had to go somewhere else for food. I'm from a different state and I regret ever trying that place. 15.00 dollar's for one meal. I wasted that on something I couldn't even eat. 😡🤮🤢

My order is ALWAYS wrong.no gravy when we order chicken strips. No ketchup when we ask for it. Cold Fries even when I go drive through. I ask for a number 10 with mayo only and the past 3 times they still put the spicy sauce on it. They only put 1 slice of cheese on our triple cheeseburger (every time!) I guess I’ll just make sure to goto the other location next to HEB. This location NEEDS new management ASAP!

Firstly, we ordered our food and the lady taking our order forgot to add a burger which we didn’t know till after. My friend ordered a chocolate milkshake and they gave her Dr Pepper. We also asked for an add on of onions to our burger and they took everything off and just put onions. When we asked for them to fix it, 3 girls just stood there and kept asking us what we wanted after multiple times of us telling them. I will not be going back anytime soon. Also fries were cold.

When she found out it was our first time at a Whataburger, she went out of her way to make it special. She was warm, kind, attentive, and made us feel so taken care of.
