The Taco Bell app for pick-up has not placed my order into the Store's system 2x and billed me twice one of those timed, and they refused to make me any food when I got there. If you want Taco Bell food, it's fine. It's a Taco Bell, but their customer service is generally horrible and this store will refuse to help assist customers in any way.

Jimmy was awesome. Super nice, personable, and genuinely made the experience better. He was friendly, patient, and had a great attitude the whole time. Customer service like that really stands out—hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

This Taco Bell is always clean (much appreciated). Typical Taco Bell food. Staff moves very quickly, not always the friendliest, but they do get people in and out quickly.
