    Carla is so rude and she states she is the manager and if you customize your order she will call the police on you and refuse to serve. No one from corporate returns your calls I assume it’s a franchise that just doesn’t care about their paying customers especially when Carla is always acting like this

    I recently had a very disappointing experience at this location, and I feel it’s important to share it so that management can take action. This used to be one of my favorite places because it’s close to my home, but after what happened, I no longer feel comfortable coming back. The main issue was the attitude and behavior of some of the staff. One of the employees, who acts as if she is the manager or in charge, treated me with a complete lack of respect and professionalism. Instead of assisting customers with courtesy, she speaks in a rude and dismissive manner, which creates a very negative environment. Unfortunately, another older woman and a younger employee behaved the same way. Their attitude towards customers is unacceptable, especially in a service-based business. On top of that, they refused to accept discount coupons that I personally receive at my home. Rather than offering a reasonable explanation, they only gave excuses and insisted that they “don’t take those,” without showing any willingness to help or verify the information. The only positive part of the visit was one of the employees—a young woman who stayed quiet, respectful, and neutral the entire time. She was polite and did not add to the unpleasant experience. However, the unprofessional behavior of the other two employees overshadowed everything. I truly hope the management reviews the staff they currently have working there. Customer service should reflect respect, helpfulness, and professionalism, regardless of who walks in the door. With the way things are being handled right now, I will not be returning.

    I just left subway with my food. When getting my drink they were out,. I asked if there was any additional they could add to the drink fountain at which she replied sure let me get my manager. I waited for fifteen min and decided to leave. I won't go back there again.

    Tried to order a meatball sub through door dash, got a sad sandwich that I assume was supposed to be a Philly cheese steak? But with no cheese. That's not even close! Just cancel the order if you don't have the right main ingredient.

    I was in this place yesterday at 3:45 PM and the woman who treated me was in a bad attitude and angry, she was very rude and offensive, and I never come back to this place. I called the “office number” and nobody answered the phone and nobody returned my phone call.
