When a real person picked up, I couldn't understand what the said, so I said, "I'm sorry?". At that point, he shouted, "WHAT do you WANT?". I requested to order the personal pan pizzas, since they were on sale today for $2.00. He then said, "No, we're sold out," and then click... he hung up on me. I was a little shocked at first. I WOULD HAVE ordered something else since it was sold out, but was never given the opportunity. I was on speakerphone and my two children both were as shocked as I was trying to understand why the man on the phone wasn't just short with us, but raised his voice and was deliberately mean. I understand the pressure of being sold out of items. I worked in retail for many years, but it's was a disgusting experience and completely unacceptable. I hope Pizza Hut monitors calls so they can coach the employee through how to handle simple questions. We will not be back to any Pizza Huts anytime soon. Our experiences before this have always been hit or miss, which is why we choose to go to Dominos. They actually want us there.
