- DRDaniel Rodriguez4 days ago1.0I have always loved coming to this establishment. But really turned me off earlier this week, and it's been eating me up all week. Is that my wife? She is currently handicapped. A couple weeks ago we went to the drive through ordered Some tease, and we happen to have our 5 gallon water jugs, and we asked if they fill up water there, and they said, yes. So we paid for it in the drive through pulled up to the side of the drive through. They came out of the side. Door and I handed them the jugs. The young gentleman was very helpful. Put on new For me. And assisted me putting the water jugs in my car, which was fantastic. Currently, my wife has a broken foot, so she is very limited of her walking. The extent of her walkiness from the front door to the vehicle. And at this time, she feels like she can't do much, and she told me during this time that hey maybe I couldn't go and get the water for us since they do this. And for her mental health, I said, this is actually amazing.Maybe we should start getting our water here instead of the other place that we were going.I will not name them. This week she went by herself, went to the drive through to order some tease, and had 2 empty five gallon jugs when she started ordering the tease, and told them that we had to empty jugs of water.The gemin driver says, oh, we can't do that.You have to come in, she explained that she couldn't.And she'd be gladly to pay for it.Nobody responded on the intercom.She pulled up to the drive through no one opened the door or anything.So she drove off in disappointment, and it felt like they were discriminated against her because she couldn't come inside. Very disappointing that no one could come help or even ask like they didn't care.And just turn their back on her.
- ANAbigai NolascoNov 10, 20251.0On November 9, 2025, I visited this establishment with my brother. When it was time to check out, I handed a $50 bill to the cashier. To my surprise, she and the staff took the time to verify the authenticity of the bill, holding it up to the light for over a minute as if they were inspecting it from top to bottom. Almost every staff in the store gathered around, trying to determine if the bill was genuine. It was an embarrassing experience that made me feel discriminated against me. Instead of using a counterfeit detector pen, which they could have easily done, they chose to verify the bill manually. I’ve been to this establishment multiple times, and while I generally enjoy the teas, the staff here are very dry and emotionless, both in person and through the drive-through. I always look past this because I enjoy the teas, but after this experience, I have no interest in visiting again.

Water with strawberry flavoring and color. Don't waste you money here. PS. I asked for a small just to try, girl gave me super large! So bad tasting, I tossed more than half away.
