I would like to make customers aware of ongoing issues at this specific H-E-B, as I have had multiple problems with expired H-E-B brand products during several visits. I have repeatedly found items such as sour cream, queso blanco, pepperoni, bacon, chips, bread, and ground turkey. Which are all H-E-B brand products that have been sitting on the shelves well past their expiration dates, along with various name-brand products that were also weeks expired. Unfortunately, this is my only nearby grocery store, and I feel very distraught and disgusted because every time I visit, I discover multiple items that are not only weeks but sometimes months past expiration. I want customers to be aware of this issue, as it poses a potential health risk. I have brought this concern to H-E-B partners before, but I have been brushed off multiple times, which is extremely frustrating. When I speak up, it is because I want everyone—customers and staff—to be aware of this situation, as it affects the health and safety of all who shop and work here.

I recently placed a grocery order through H-E-B Curbside and never received my items. I waited in the curbside parking lot for about 15 to 25 minutes, and during that time I watched an H-E-B partner hand what appeared to be my order to another customer without checking their name or any identifying information. I had to call curbside several times, and it wasn’t until my third call that anyone finally responded. When I did reach the team lead, their attitude felt careless and dismissive. Experiences like this make it clear that curbside partners need additional training, as it appears they are not being properly guided or supervised by their managers.

I can say enough about this HEB it's just amazing! Just to show you how great it is let me tell a quick story.... I placed my 1st curbside order on Wednesday Nov 5th pick up time was 2-230pm , right before I was suppose to leave to pick up my order, I fell off a ladder in my garage and broke my leg... After getting to the ER I called HEB curbside and told them what happen and that I was going to be able to have anyone pick up my order till the next day, they said no problem feel better, so when my husband got home yesterday with the groceries he also had a small flower arrangement from the P3 curbside staff wishing me a fast recovery!. I could not believe how kind and thoughtful this was... it blew my mind that they even remembered. It is so nice to know that there are still kind and thoughtful people out there and I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart... Cindy

I’ve really enjoyed shopping at this location—it’s clean, well-stocked, and the staff is usually great. My cashier, DeeDee (spelling may vary), was kind and helpful. The issue came when I tried to return a spice from a curbside order. I had my digital receipt, but the item received didn’t match what was listed. DeeDee called over a manager named Kaylee (white top, not red polo), and things went downhill. Kaylee immediately asked for my ID. I explained I had a receipt and was hesitant to use my ID since I’ve heard too many returns with an ID can get you flagged. Her response? With a smirk, she said, “These are $1 items. I highly doubt you’ll be banned.” She offered no explanation or alternative, just kept repeating, “Can I see your ID?” No apology, no kindness, just cold and dismissive. I told her she was being rude and that I’d report it. She didn’t apologize—just handed me the return receipt and said “thank you” as I walked away. I don’t expect over-the-top service for a $1 item—but I do expect basic courtesy and professionalism. Hopefully, management addresses this. I still love this store, but that experience left a bad taste.
