The drive through experience at the HEB Pharmacy this morning was by far the worst I have ever had . I was told at 10:20am that my wife’s prescription would be ready in 10 minutes. I was given permission to wait in the pick up area during the time . 4 minutes later , the pharmacist begun demanding that I come back around despite no other vehicles being in the area . She was EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate.

I stopped by this location while visiting from Mississippi. Its a very nice location, someone mentioned a it's newer one. I've always loved the freshness of the produce and they didnt disappoint. The bakery goods looked amazing. I purchased from the produce dept and surprisingly also from Tru Texas BBQ which I didn't know was there. Loved it as well!

As with most HEBs, this one is super busy all the time. Staff here is at least friendlier than many others I've been to- they're good about getting people through quickly. Always plenty of good food at good prices. Parking is very difficult to find during peak hours.

I love HEB. I was born and raised by HEB and I've seen ups and downs and watched as the state and federal government put their hands up admitting defeat while the HEB trucks rolled to be heroes for countless Texans. The only bad thing I can say about visiting HEB today had nothing to do with the store, it had everything I needed including a fantastic selection with multiple options and great stock. They were prepared for everything. The only complaint I can ever come up with is how rude people can be, customers. I mean. I use a store provided mobility scooter to get around and I'm constantly surprised by how many people just set their cart in the middle of an aisle and are completely oblivious to anyone else that might be walking past behind in front or anywhere near them. You would think that me being in one of the scooters would make me more noticeable, but no. Today alone. It took me three times longer than it usually does to get around, not because of the store but because of the other shoppers that couldn't be bothered or that actually noticed me looked at me in my face and waited for me to get out of the way. Where am I going to go? what am I going to do? All I can really say is if you're reading this and you're looking for some sort of review, turn the mirror around so that you look at yourself and say maybe walking. The aisles at HEB is not the place to be rude. Instead, it's a place to smile and be courteous
