The young man on the assembly line shouts back at the cook..”can you start some more steak?” Sir you have a line behind me and I’m pretty sure they want steak as well! You know what? Never mind I’ll go to the one in pflugerville! Get there and they have steak.. it’s on the grill! The young lady on the line says we’re out of steak? Huh? Oh wait we have some just a minute.. she takes my bowl to the grill and comes back with what looks like 2 pieces of steak! 😳 NO I need more than that! She smerks at me and says this will be a triple meat! Ma’am I don’t care just give me what I ask for! I’m not poor and I know what I want! Chipotle please teach your team to anticipate the sale especially during the dinner rush, give customers the proper portions and the extras they ask for and most of all be polite! Customer service is difficult I get it but you get what you give.
