    Food and service was fantastic! Loved the chips and salsa. We had taco salad with chicken fajita, tacos pastor, & cheese enchiladas with chili con carne. It was all very good. Their a/c may have been broken because it was incredibly HOT.

    Just order online for pickup at the Pflugerville location. Very very disappointed in our experience when we picked up our meal. We asked where our chips and salsa was and was told we would have to pay $5. I asked why and they said with online orders it is not complimentary but if you dined in it was! What! So we asked if we could get a small container of salsa for our meal. They said yes. Got home and opened our food. Ordered: Spinach Enchiladas with white rice - got Spanish rice. Ordered: Light Combo Plate - didn’t receive taco shell for the Chile-con queso. So had nothing to eat the queso with . Order stated that we would receive 2 complimentary flour tortillas each. We got none. We dine in often at Casa Garcia. We opted not to tonight because we were both exposed to Covid and wanted to respect the staff and customers and not expose anyone by eating in. This is not the customer service we are use to there. I guess if we choose to order online we will have to open all containers there in the restaurant to verify we have what we ordered. Just curious why a bag of chips and a small bowl of salsa would bankrupt the restaurant? Dining in we eat way more chips and salsa than that and it is complimentary! Very puzzling!
