  So I have to say, I love Arbys, but this Arbys there's something wrong. The drive thru staff, you could tell they didn't want to be there, they "left" a couple of times and when we said "ok we're ready" there was silence. So we said "let me know when your ready" to them assuming they could hear but weren't at the register (which is fine) but the drive thru person said "I've been ready" ..ok so why didn't you answer us the first time? They seemed to have a problem with us also using the app code, and when my husband forgot the word for an item on the sandwich to which he was asking for extra of, the drive thru person passed him off to another employee. It was busy but service was slow as they were training new people, it took 8 minutes for someone to come to the drive thru window to take the code (which almost expired) and payment. Though food only took 6minutes after that. The fries were cold, and there was no extra sauerkraut, or fully fill the sandwich. No ketchet or napkins were included or informed if they were out. Don't waste your time or money here just to be disappointed. I've gone to others yes further away, but friendly staff and delicious hot food every time. One bite in the Ruben and you see it's not fully spread throughout the bread. Just all dissatisfied.

  Horrible place. Every time I come here the get something wrong. I ordered their new Italian Dip, and was given no aju sauce, my fries were cold, no whip cream for my son's shake, and it was half melted by the time I got it. The number they have posted does not work, so there is no point in calling to get corrections made. He'll the sandwich didn't even have cheese on it? And how is just plain roast beef Italian? Where are the cured meats?

  Their sofa machine was down, but the service more than made up for it. Not sure what the Arby’s hate is about, but I recommend this location.
