  Don’t use their curbside service! I arrived at the time I was told to arrive, parked, and then I called into the store like the instructions say to do. No one ever answered. After 20 minutes, I had no choice but to get my 2 babies out of their car seats and into the cold weather to go inside to ask for my money back. (The whole point of me using their curbside service was to avoid getting my babies out of the car and into the cold.) I just wanted my money back at this point because clearly their curbside service wasn’t as advertised. I was told my order has been “sitting there for awhile already”, so they won’t give me my money back. I said that when I submitted the order, it was to utilize the curbside service. Since that’s not what was provided today, I would like my money back. I was told multiple times that I’m not getting my money back. Long story short, after a call to a manager, I got my money back, but I most certainly won’t be recommending subway.
