Went through the drive thru after placing an online order. Staff were very rude. Closed the window on me not giving me my drinks. Asked why I was still waiting and had an attitude when I had asked for my frappe and the large soda I had ordered. Lady rolled her eyes at me after I showed her my paid moblie order. Proceed to shove the drinks at me almost causing them to spill. I will be contacting corporate. I used to work for mcdonalds as a manager and this is by far the worst store and management I have ever seen. You are allowing staff to treat your customers with disrespect. Youre allowing them to get violent and allowing then to steal from customers. I hope corporate gets it together and fixes this before gets worse.

Pulled up to drive through and ordered 2 breakfast burritos and a small tea. Pulled up to the window and ask what i ordered and she had a combo on there and a large tea . Not what i ordered i asked again for the 2 burritos and a small tea rolled her eye and gave me a receipt. Pulled up to next window got a large tea and 2 burritos and a hash brown. Didn’t need the hash browns and wanted a small tea. Employees are rude and i guess have little to no training. Not the first time i have had problems here. We threw out the hash browns dont like them . Mcdonalds needs to do better

If i could give negatvie i would!!!!Upon driving up to the windows I saw it was broken so I pulled around while pulling around your staff outside sweeping glared and flipped off my car, I walked in go to the kiosk order 2 large caramel frappees, after waiting 15 minutes, mind you I was the only one in there waiting, I was asked if I ordered the frappe I said yes she said the machine was broken I said I'd like a refund she rolled her eyes and went to talk about how she's tired of stupid people to her coworker at the windows after another 10 minute wait the manager came up didn't say a word just started processing the refund was very rude threw my change at me and walked away no apologies no nothing, this is the 3rd time this week I've been through here and the staff has been rude and hateful! I'm done I'll be taking my business to Wendy's where even if their machines are down they have respect for the customers and aren't rude!!! This place is a joke! If I was the owner I'd make some serious changes!

My husband and I did a mobile order. And when we had driven up to the drive through we were greeted with a “what do you want”. Normally I will let that go because I have worked fast food before, but after I had double checked to make sure we had everything I noticed that I was missing my hot and spicy MccChicken. So I went in with my receipt and the first thing I noticed was the manager already giving me a dirty look. Now this manager I have already an issue with before. Giving dirty looks to every customer and rolling her eyes and grumbling when we inform her of missing drinks or orders. She normally works the evening shift. 4:04 was the time I walked in today. I never know her name for she doesn’t wear a name tag. But after I waited for a second or two a crew member asked if I was forgetting something so I showed her my receipt and informed her I was missing my sandwich. She immediately went and found it for me but I did not appreciate the way I was handed it. I did have my hand ready to receive it but it was basically thrown into my hand with a “I’m sorry you forgot your sandwich.” I have never badly reviewed anyone before but this shift at McDonald’s honestly is not it. Most of them glare at every customer and groan when someone just wants help receiving proper service as in getting everything they ordered and paid for.
The food was still good but the service ruined the experience. I understand forgetfulness happens but to great every customer with an attitude will and should not fly.
