I totally understand if most people don’t mind bees, but there is nothing more annoying than a bee flying in your car with your kiddos. And I don’t mean just 1 bee is hanging around the window, there are TONS of bees! I really wish the owner would invest in taking care of this and his employees (many of them have mentioned to me how they get stung daily! That’s an awful environment to work!) In the meantime, we’ll be heading to Starbucks down the road (where they do NOT have a bee problem) Such a shame - the drinks and people here are great!

- AAAJDec 22, 20251.0Ordering was a breeze and most of the drinks were correct. However, one was incorrect as I asked for it to be exactly like the other in our order but to be made in the medium size. The young lady at the drive through chuckled and said oh well that’s not what you said. I told her when I ordered I wanted the exact same as the other only difference was the size. She then charged me for the soft top and sprinkles and then told me they couldn’t take the drink back or remake it since she had already handed it to be and said she would have to give me everything on the side and I would have to pour it myself. That alone is fine but she should have told me they would have to give me everything on the side and then asked if I still wanted it. Not the other way around of charging and then explaining everything.

I had guests with me that had NEVER tried the chocolate muffin top, so we thought it would be okay to add them to our order. This young lady with glasses comes to the window to hand us our drinks, and as we were asking her if we can add the muffin top, SHE LITERALLY SIGHED AS IF IT WAS AN INCONVENIENCE TO HER. Like she really didn’t have to take it… she can put her attitude away and politely apologize saying that she can’t. NEVER bringing new guests to this Dutch bros.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
