- KPKris Van Dyke-Dennis Perkins5 days ago1.0Order instructions (cooked fresh) were ignored. Knew it was wrong when I got order way to quickly, so I asked if the filet was fresh cooked. The lady at counter said yes it was. I knew it was a lie, and I guess it's my fault for not asking for my money back right there. Got to vehicle and both filets were dry and cold. Eat there at your own peril and make sure YOU know Spanish, because half of the employees don't speak English (even though they work in food service in America). Sad we have to put up with that, but we don't have to eat at this McDonalds. I won't stop there again. Strangely enough, QR code to leave comments was torn off the receipt taped to the bag. (See photo) Hope somebody reads this to the manager. Because she (I found out after a phone call) doesn't speak English. Wow, absolutely amazing.
- FOFran Orona6 days ago1.0The Arch burger in Pecos was not the same as the one we had in Lamesa Tx. It was missing toppings. Especially the white chedder. Had hardly no sauce. The burger was very skimpy and very disappointing to us. It's bad enough I hardly eat at this location in my hometown of Pecos. For these types of reason ! NEVER AGAIN !!!
- CPChris PastorFeb 24, 20261.0Worst McDonald’s experience ever Order a double cheeseburger with bacon no onions and of course it had onions on it in between the two patties like they were hiding it like they did it intentionally. And I also ordered a large sweet tea. The tea was nearly clear tasted like basically water definitely will not be coming back to this location ever again.
