  To the Management Team, I am writing to share feedback regarding my experience at your restaurant this evening. My visit began with exceptional service from a staff member at the front counter. Despite a technical issue where our online order did not appear in the system, he was incredibly helpful and patient. After I showed him my digital receipt and proof of transaction, he promptly re-entered our order, offered us drinks for the wait, and was very apologetic. His professionalism and "customer is always right" attitude were greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience changed when a manager intervened (Wilmary Rodriquez). While I understand the need to verify order details—specifically regarding the name on the account—the manager’s tone was unprofessional and dismissive. Even though my boyfriend was able to communicate with her to clarify the situation, her demeanor made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Furthermore, when I ultimately requested a refund due to the interaction, she seemed unable to process the void independently and had to call another supervisor (Jesus) for assistance. Because of the hostile tone she maintained, we no longer felt comfortable receiving food from the establishment. I believe that positive customer service is the foundation of a good dining experience. While the first gentleman I encountered excelled at this, the manager’s conduct was a disappointing contrast. I hope this feedback helps in coaching your leadership team on maintaining a professional and polite tone, even when resolving order discrepancies. Thank you for your time and for recognizing the hard work of the gentleman who first assisted us.

  Always get extra toppings and get charged for them but they're never on the food don't order anything extra you won't get it food's pretty good other than that service is cool

  My first time ordering. Nacho fries hot and delicious, Catina chicken quesadilla was yummy but I got all the way to Saragosa before I realized that they charged me for a crunch wrap supreme but didn’t put one in my bag. My fault for not checking but please I only ordered 3 things. How can you mess that up? I was too far to turn around. ☹️

  Stopped by Taco Bell and had a very disappointing experience. They were completely out of all sauce packets, which we weren’t informed about until after ordering. If I had known beforehand, I wouldn’t have ordered at all. I also ordered three large drinks, but they didn’t have large cups available, only medium. Several other customers in the restaurant were clearly frustrated with the same issues regarding drinks and sauces. On top of that, the order took about 10 minutes longer than the quoted time. Overall, poor communication and service. I won’t be returning. Order #: 901662
