Made an online order to pick up, was asked to make a pre-payment since it was a large order (almost $70.00) for our family. Got there through the drive thru and waited 5 minutes, NOBODY came to the window. Parked & went inside to watch them starting to assist other drive thru customers, went to pay the balance but they told me it was charged in full instead of pre-payment. Ordered large garlic parmesan knots & received cinnamon sugar knots instead, ordered half mushroom & received whole pie with it. Definitely NOT returning, nor recommending. Worst service ever.

They don’t have competent drivers and their app that they use to get places absolutely screws up the phone to where they can’t even call you, but you can’t tell him nothing. You can’t tell him to turn the app off so they can talk to you. What a mess.
