  Decided to stop in and try Willie's as we were an hour from home. Reviews online led me to believe it would be really good. Outside appearance is nice. The gentleman that took our order up front was attentive and had a couple recommendations. Our waitress was not very attentive nor checked with us much throughout our visit (they weren't very busy) We ordered the cheesy boudin balls and 2 Cajun platters. The boudin balls and the dipping sauce were really good. The Cajun platters were undercooked, crawfish, shrimp and corn specifically. Not unsafe to eat just not cooked long enough for peak consumption. Asked for a refill of sweet tea and there was no more. The men's restroom could definitely use some attention. For the price paid I anticipated better.

  Waiter was super nice. But the food was absolute trash. I had to send back CRAWFISH, because they doused them in something. The batch I ate had literally ZERO flavor. Then we waited over 30 minutes for my husbands meal, which was cold and not even a full tender meal because they said it had already been sent out. It took them 3 tries to make a vodka water. The restroom was filthy, and so were multiple tables! Terrible experience.

  My first time being here, the only reason I came here is bc I passed up my exit and didnt want to make a U-turn so I stopped here 😅 I got the two meat plate, sausage and brisket, with green beans and mashed potatoes. Green beans were so water downed that it had no flavor. I asked for jalapeño sausage and got regular. Overall experience, service was good, they were very friendly, but the food, it was more on the quantity over quality, I paid over $30 for just myself and felt that I didnt get my money's worth.

  Honestly didn't expect to like this place as much as I did but Willie's Grill & Icehouse surprised me. Walked in and the vibe just hits different — laid back, lively, the kind of spot where you actually want to stay longer than you planned. Food was solid, drinks were dangerous in the best way possible. Shoutout to Kris at the bar though, she was genuinely the highlight of the whole visit. Super attentive, great energy, kept everything moving smoothly. I will say I caught her fixing her ponytail like four times during the shift but hey — she never missed a beat and my glass was never empty so I really can't complain. Will definitely be back

  Never misses. The atmosphere alone makes it worth the trip — good energy, great vibes, exactly the kind of place you want to be after a long week. The food was on point, and the drinks were even better. But what really made the experience was our bartender, Kris. She was attentive, personable, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. That's the kind of service that actually makes you want to come back. Highly recommend."
