  So let me say the Male "general manager"(title he claimed to be) is awful. I will write to cooperate and report my experience to BBB as well. He was extremely unprofessional...lied directly to my face,(only after being caught in the lie did he finally refund me and fix the issue that was promised by another employee. spoke in another language in front of me as the dispute was happening and also treated me like I was not worthy of his presense infont if the entire store. My good was cold by the time this all was completed and my family and I were humiliated. Fire this person and his manager(a female) who apparently lied to him via the phone call he made in front of us. Either xlose down this location or hire people to represent the brand properly at all times to all people.

  This Wendy’s will be closing soon. Poor service and location next to Chick-fil-A is killing this place. They recently had to change their opening time from 5am to 10 am - crazy being that it’s right next to a main road that has traffic almost 24/7. Poorly managed and poorly ran.

  Looks like the review that was given prior to my review was by a customer who was in the store during my experience. My experience: The older Hispanic lady who takes the order was extremely rude and clueless.  I had ordered a single cheese with bacon.  After sitting down and eating and taking three bites, I realized they did not put on the bacon. I pointed that out to her and she was looking at me like I was crazy.  She looked that the receipt and realized that I did order the burger with the bacon. I said then just please give me my money back and she started arguing about it that I ate took bites out of it.  I told her to take the money and the burger and the bacon that was not on the burger and shove it up her....  She was acting like I was trying to scam them for two slices of bacon.  What a joke and such a short sighted way to do business.  I was so livid, I walked out but I was so angry that I turned my car around and spoke with the manager, I believe his name was Oscar.  He was very apologetic about it and returned my money back (without even me asking for it) and offered a free meal. Which was very customer focused and nice. I had to turn it down as I was running out of time.  I love Wendy's food especially when you ask them to make it fresh.  This lady is a very bad representative of the store and Wendy's the company.  The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.  Pun intended.  Avoid this location.

  Just to say the Hispanic lady at this Wendy's was very rude even rolled her eyes at us my snl. I changed my mind on order and she rolled her eyes at me and still got my order wrong for not paying attention. They a customer went to her and said they didn't put bacon on hid burger and the lady told him not cause he took two bites that when he realized that it had no bacon. The lady pushed his burger and told him no,then was arguing with him. The customer left then came back and spoked to manager about her rudeness. She also was talking about him after he left. The lady continue to say he wanted another burger but all customer wanted was his slices of bacon. She does not to be working their. Corporate needs to see the cameras to see exactly what she did to customer. I will not be going back there as longest that lady thier she needs more training in customer service
