  I recently visited this restaurant and had a great overall experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. Every dish we tried tasted delicious, and you could tell quality ingredients were used. What really stood out, though, was our waitress Karrissa . She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Our server checked in just enough without being overwhelming, and everything came out in a timely manner.

  Always have a great time here. Steph takes fantastic care of us at the bar. My drink arrives minutes after I sit down before I even have a chance to say anything to her! Consistently great food and drinks, plus the warm and friendly environment, keeps me coming back!

  Tonight my husband and I had dinner at Saltgrass Steak House. Morgan was our server tonight. Morgan did an excellent job as a former server myself I’m always nitpicking over things servers did wrong. Not tonight if you’re going to Saltgrass for dinner ask for Morgan! You’ll get excellent service!

  They’ve fallen off a lot over the years. I usually order via uber eats and the first few orders were perfect. It is not cheap so, it had better be. Over time though, things were always missing, salad dressing, an entire salad, bread that comes with the meal, 1 entire meal with one order. Today was the last straw. I ordered the kids mac and cheese and the cavatappi pasta in the photo is not what I received. I got boxed kraft mac and cheese & it tasted terrible. I just had oral surgery so I’m limited on what I can eat right now. For days I’ve been eating boring soft foods and on the 4th day I wanted to level up a bit to something I felt I could enjoy. Imagine my disappointment. I could have bought a whole box of this crap at the store for several dollars less. Count your days Saltgrass. I included photos of what I ordered vs. what I received. I seasoned with salt and pepper but it was still not very good.

  I had an outstanding experience thanks to our waitress Shaun! From the moment we were seated, she provided phenomenal service with a genuinely warm and positive attitude. She was attentive without being overbearing and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. Her recommendations were spot-on and truly elevated our dining experience. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it made a lasting impression. I would absolutely return and hope to be served by her again! Ask for Shaun when you go!
