  I was here to buy a pizza for my friends, and the Tyler receptionist along with the cook Cinthia kindly helped us make it happen. I'm very grateful for their assistance and look forward to returning again.

  I walked in to place my pizza order and Ms Cynthia was very kind and personable. She was hard at work, but she was not flustered. She was in the middle of a Pepsi order, taking another order online and she made sure my pizza was started. She even came back up front to check on me as she went outside to scrub the sidewalk area in front of the store. She is definitely a hard worker and great asset to Pizza Hut. She even made my day with a soda on her.

  Pearland has the worst chain pizza places in Pearland. First I had deal with Papa John's and Domioes screwing up overe and over. Now I have to add Pizza Hut to that list. Placed order, order never got delivered. A door dash driver came to my door and turned around and left. Never knocked or rang my ring doorbell camera. I called tge store 20 minutes after my delivery was supposed to be dropped off, and they tell me that that can't pull up my order. Im reading the order confirmation email. Ack to them and they still can't figure it out. The actual pizza hut delivery driver tells me that he is going to come delivery the order to me. I told him that I dont want any hour old order, and that i want my food fresh I will NEVER order from here again. I will use the mom and pop pizza joints from now on even though they cost more. I guess you get what you pay for huh

  Horrible just horrible customer service! The Pizza Hut on Shadow Creek has much better customer service but they closed unfortunately. Hopefully they will open again because the guy with the glasses at 10504 Broadway was terrible and barely spoke and did not welcome us in. I don’t plan on going back there again just because of him. I’d rather go somewhere a little further to get better service even in this high gas climate at the moment. Customer Service means everything. I hope the manager sees this posting and does something about this. They just lost one customer. I’m sure they will lose more.
