  I picked up my order they allow me to pay for it. I walked out and look at my boxes and my order is not what I ordered at all. I asked for Oreo bites. They gave me chocolate chip cookie. I went back to inquire on why had the wrong thing they said we don’t have Oreo bites, but no one informed me of this. They just gave me something else. Didn’t tell me that they didn’t have it and asked me if I wanted anything else. They just decided for me then I’ll go back to my car. I checked my pieces at this point, I asked for and paid for banana peppers on my pizza and there were none No one informed me of this either. I don’t know if they didn’t have them or if they just forgot to put them on there . They just looked at me crazy there was no explanation no apology no offer for a refund and take back why they had decided to replace my order with. No offer to fix the incorrect order. They just stared. as I walked out, I heard one of the males in there saying something didn’t bother to go back because I stood there long enough for someone to try to fix the situation I chose not to. I don’t know if he was saying something disrespectful or if he was actually trying to help but at this point I just left

  This is the worst PaPa John's EVER! I have been a long time customer for Papa John's. This is tge second time that they BS me on my food order. They delivered my food 30 minutes late and the food was cold. This is ridiculous. I let it go the first time because they told me that they were short on drivers. I was given the same exact excuse once again. Is the the norm for this location. Yall just lost a customer. I work to hard for my money to spend it on this type of service.

  I called to make an order a little bit before they closed to make sure they’d still deliver it and they said yes and proceed to take my order and gave us an ETA of 45mins ..after 45 minutes was up I called back ..no answer all my friends were calling to because it was their food aswell THEY NEVER SHOWED UP i feel like if you didn’t want to do the delivery why say yes you could’ve just said no it’s to close to closing or something.
