Really bad experience everytime. My food is either missing or it’s cold and waiting times are extremely long. Very frustrating and will not be coming to this location for this reason that I’ve given it so many chances.

This McDonald's is company owned, this means McDonald's Corp still owns it, not a franchise. Roy Crock would roll over in his grave if he knew this is what became of his business. The managers are lazy and don't care, and so the employees here are also lazy and don't care.
- CRCesar RenteriaMar 29, 20261.0I ordered a cup of coffee with my app. I Got there and place was closed. I tried to cancel and did not allow it. They let me in and were not able to have my coffee. I asked for my money back and manager said he couldn’t give it back. I have him an option - trade it for a spicy chicken and waited 10 minutes. They mistakenly gave the sandwich to another customer. If you ever come to this two McDonald’s in Pearland (Broadway and Main) do it order here!. I tried to give them a chance but there is alalways something besides having sticky floors and dirty restrooms. I am leaving without bienf reimbursed.
