  The 2 ladies working are so rude, but they're obviously understaffed so maybe just having a really rough day. The music is UNBELIEVABLY loud. I couldn't hear the cashier, she couldn't hear me, and then I spent 20 minutes waiting for 2 smoothies with a headache from the loud music. The smoothies tasted good, but its an awful in-store experience.

  Horrible service. Walked in and not acknowledged, even though there were two workers there, once one came over and we ordered, we were told 15 minutes, which is understandable bc no pretzel bites were ready. We waited and they were BURNT. Then they just came to the counter and yelled pretzels, only us and one other party was in there. These two young ladies definitely need customer service/relations training. They spoke more to each other friendly, than the customers. Within that 15 mins i witnessed two other transactions. They absolutely do not need to be dealing with the public or maybe they need a responsible manager there to lead them. Bad service, burnt pretzel bites, and not fully blended smoothie.

  Do not waste your time or money. Terrible service Empty yet taking forever to make one smoothie because the only two employees there were too busy talking and texting.

  I saw a ROACH 🪳 crawling where frozen fruit is, another one crawling on the wall. The pretzels did not look fresh. Staff very unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. The white lady with dark hair and accent, I believe her name is Tracy is the worst.
