  Was greeted with a friendly face as soon as we came in, our food was prepared in a timely manner, the team was high spirited and polite. The atmosphere was pleasant, the business was super tidy and organized. Definitely will be returning since we’re new to the area.

  I've been to many 5 guys across the states and this location is my favorite. They are consistently putting great food out. They make shakes now and they are so yummy. Its a bit pricey but worth it to me.

  I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this Five Guys location. I had placed an online order and entered the restaurant to pick it up. When I walked in I was aggressively approached by an employee with braids who was wearing a black shirt. Because of the way she approached me I stepped back to observe while my order was being prepared. While standing there the employee with braids began playing around and talking with another female employee who was wearing a red shirt. The other employee she was interacting with was leaning over the food preparation area while they were talking and joking around. From a food safety standpoint this made me uncomfortable while my food was being prepared. It also appeared that the employee with braids was looking for reactions from people in the restaurant. Shortly after the employee with braids went to the back and returned with another employee. The second employee came out aggressively and said to me, “What are you looking at?” which was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. At that point I no longer felt comfortable accepting or eating the food from the restaurant, so I requested a refund for my order. I was informed that a refund could not be provided. The lady who identified herself as the general manager was also wearing a black shirt. The interaction with her was also very unprofessional, and she appeared reluctant to assist with the situation. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and stated, “No, I’m not giving you my name because you’re not telling me what you need,” which I found very concerning and not how a customer should be treated. Overall, the customer service at this location was extremely poor, and the environment made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Customers should feel welcomed by the staff especially when food is being prepared.
