The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and we arrived around 12:00 p.m. We were seated promptly, but no server came to our table. By 12:25 p.m., we had to ask the bartender to take our order since no one had attended to us. When our food arrived 10–15 minutes later, it wasn’t what we ordered. We had requested the Veterans Day special, but instead received a plain cheeseburger with just a bit of mayonnaise—no lettuce, no tomatoes, nothing close to what was advertised. No one checked on us during our visit, and the overall experience felt very neglected. Also, the temperature inside the restaurant was too hot, the heater was on even though it was getting warmer outside. We completely understand that this was a complimentary Veterans Day meal, and we appreciate the gesture. However, it still fell short in both order accuracy and quality of service. We’ve always enjoyed visiting this location and have never had any issues before, but today was truly a miss. Hopefully, management takes this as constructive feedback to ensure a better experience for all guests in the future.

We went to another local restaurant and left due to the service. Willie's was a perfect alternative. The food was fresh, and hot. The service was fast, courteous, and friendly. We had the fish and shrimp meals. It was perfectly prepared. My son had the generous bacon burger and fries, and enjoyed every bite!
