Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Normally when we go to this location, it is a pleasant experience. However, on Sunday, November 9th, Anika made it an unpleasant experience. Customer service starts with manners and being polite. If a worker decides that being rude is acceptable, and management decides that is acceptable from its workers, the restaurant becomes an unpleasant place to go to. Anika, you were rude. Rude in general, like it’s your normal manner. The customers of this establishment deserve better. Attitude is a choice.

Manager ms.chantey was very rude today! She did not come to the front register when I wanted to speak with her about a personal situation. I see her in the back rolling her eyes and being rude with the shift lead in the grey shirt sending her back and forth the talk. Also employees was sitting and sleeping in the lobby area did not see them clock out for break.
