  How is a place that is supposed to sell breakfast not have breakfast at 9 AM???? This Wendy’s here is the worst in Pearland. It never has breakfast ready and it takes forever to get your order if you do order from here…

  Despite some of the negative reviews, I have to be honest—every issue I’ve ever had at this Wendy’s was corrected quickly and respectfully. Whether it was a missing item or a longer wait, they’ve always owned it and made it right. That matters more to me than perfection, because no place is perfect. This is one of the only Wendy’s locations I trust for fresh food. My orders are almost always made fresh, and the customer service is consistent. The restaurant is clean every time I go, including the bathrooms. I’m confident that if anything ever wasn’t right, they would take care of it on the spot. I’m disappointed they don’t do breakfast anymore, but I understand business—if the demand isn’t there, it makes sense. It doesn’t change the fact that this location outperforms others. I would choose this Wendy’s any day over the one in Pearland. I also want to mention something I’ve seen in other reviews about language barriers. In 2025, we have technology that can translate anything on the spot. To me, that’s not a reason to give a business a low rating—especially when the staff is working hard and treating people well. I appreciate the culture here. I like hearing Spanish music when I walk in; it feels festive and welcoming. Being new to Texas, it’s actually one of the things I enjoy most about this location. Overall, this Wendy’s does not deserve a 3.7. My experience has consistently been positive, the food is fresh, and the service is solid. I truly enjoy coming here.

  The staff was nice but we're slow for the drive thru. I'm sure it wouldn't have felt long had I done dine in. Food was okay, price was good, but their entrance to the parking lot needs to be reviewed.

  The 1st time visiting this burger place June of this year, we had stale frosties we went thru the drive thru and we never left the area we pulled off and u-turnes came right back not even 10 seconds later and told them the frosties were stale and the Hispanic lady guessing the manager got extremely upset and got loud with us speaking in Spanish to another employee about us and the other employee apologized to us and refunded us, the 2nd time was Saturday November 8 we bought cookies and a baconator, the cookies were fresh and warmed, the baconator on the other hand was full of mayonnaise mustard and ketchup double patties and 2 pieces of bacon broken up, how in the hell is that a baconator? So we won't be visiting that wendys anymore, guess this why it's never a lot of customers there, will NOT suggest eating here quality is horrible.
