- SPSusanne ParkerDec 11, 20253.0Mustard and ketchup dripping off sandwich and made bun extra soggy. Fries were not fresh. Had to get attendant for come machine and then to fill the salt bin. It also stunk inside when we came in. There is a double door entrance and hard to maneuver while pushing mom in her wheelchair.

I’ve found hair in my food, my orders have been rung up incorrectly multiple times, and the team often can’t seem to get the order right. They also don’t seem to know the difference between the fusion Frosty and the swirl Frosty, and when I asked for the correct one, the staff acted frustrated even though it was made wrong. I really hope management steps in to improve the service here, because I do love Wendy’s, just not the experience at this location lately.

The lady didn’t even check, she just immediately said no. It’s rare for a food chain not to offer diet drink options so I asked “are you sure” and I was left ignored at the drive through line for 5 minutes. I eventually just pulled out. Won’t be going to a Wendy’s again. Cfa always the better option if you want good, happy, and fast service.

I placed an order, and when the next guest behind walked up, employee walked away and never helped customer. It took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. If the food wasn't hot, I would have rated this place 1 star.
