The flavors were off, and nothing tasted fresh. On top of that, the Dr Pepper had almost no syrup in it, so it was basically carbonated water with a hint of flavor. To make things worse, they forgot items from my order, which is frustrating when you’re already dealing with subpar food. It feels careless and rushed. Overall, the quality control was clearly lacking, and this visit did not meet even basic expectations. I won’t be returning unless they seriously improve their food quality and attention to orders.
