The box was fix after brought to attention. But my chalupa was hard and cold, my flaming hot burrito was dry and old. When I working at my location. My mind set is would I eat this, would I drink this? So, I can give quality service each person. The atmosphere was chill! Again, at my location, I make all my customer's feel special! I engaged with them. Make people feel welcome. They come back again. I have repeated customer. That I learned to know personally.
