  I cant being to explain how many times i get up to this sonic and the service is just not there. Today was a last for me with this particular store. Schedule says they are open at 6, i arrived at 630. They let me know before i even ordered anything that they are not ready yet, every thing was cold so they can not make any food just yet.... All the meantime they have a VERY BUSY and SMOOTH operating competitor in ChicFila right next door. Its like they are basically saying hey yes we say we are open at 6, but we are really here to help Chic Fil A with more people not us. Go there please since they also open at 6 and seem to be able to serve food right at 6. Im done with this Sonic. Good luck to everyone else who trys it.

  I tried the smash burger. It was a lot better than expected. I would recommend it if you are in the mode for a good cheese burger

  I waited 15+ minutes… for the WRONG order! On top of that the lady who brought the drinks could not let me know which drink was what. If I’m going to wait that long for shakes and service I expect them to be correct and to at least know what each drink is.

  Nice! Hot food prepared as requested! Burgers and fries were great & milkshakes were over the top.

  I was at the Pearland, Texas Sonic location. The address is 10101 Broadway Street. I had ordered the number 12 combo. Was consisted of crispy tenders five piece, price in a medium Dr Pepper. It was the worst that I have ever tasted of any Sonic that I go to. I spent almost $11 and the food was real tough and hard to chew. I'm surprised that I didn't choke on it. I will never return to that location again.Sincerely, Liz
