Fast friendly service
I stopped at this Sonic location simply to purchase a bag of ice through the drive‑thru. When I reached the window, the employee informed me they were “out of bags for ice until tomorrow.” I asked if I could at least have a complimentary cup of ice, considering the inconvenience. She said “one moment,” walked away, and returned several minutes later only to repeat the same line—that they were out of bags and therefore could not provide a cup of ice either.
That explanation made no sense, so I left and decided to call the restaurant to speak with a manager. They answered the phone and immediately hung up.
There are several issues here:
- No problem‑solving or flexibility from the employee
- No basic customer service
- No willingness to offer a simple, inexpensive solution
- Hanging up on a customer instead of addressing the concern
A cup of ice costs less than a dollar, two max. Losing customers over something so small shows a complete lack of training, leadership, and customer‑care standards. This experience was disappointing and unnecessary, and I hope management takes steps to improve service at this location.
Went and sat in a LONG line at this location. Sat for about 15 min, stuck between cars, before someone finally drove out of line, up to the window and had a word with them about not answering. When I finally received my drinks, the tea tasted rancid, the coke tasted like water and not actual soda, and the Sonic Blast had a dead gnat sitting in it. Will never come to this location again, and given the amount of awful reviews, this location is better off shutting down

Ms.Sarah and her entire team are amazing! I am a fan of their ice! There always accurate, give great customer service, and get everything that I need in a timely manner. I love this location.
I've never been so disappointed like I was tonight! The jr kids burger is the size of a mini burger that wouldn't fill up a baby & the toaster burger is on some darn mini size texas toast but you're charging full prices!! On top of that, the 2nd drive thru worker tried to get me to pay again instead of checking your system to see I had paid! A rip off & poor service!!
