  I ordered an Arnold Palmer and a Seafood Fondue. There was so much oil on there and tried using a napkin to soak it up. I was trying to catch the 10 p.m. movie Next-door. Imagine watching the movie feeling like I had food poisoning. Luckily I made it through. Came home to use the restroom. To my surprise it came from both ends. Showered and cleaned up. Went to sleep and just woke up to the worse stomach pain. On the toilet writing a review is diabolical. Take that stuff off the menu. Papadeauxs won that round. My server was the best part of my experience.

  The Black at the Bar around is a Horrible Server and Fix me a Lunch Portion Chicken Breast with Shrimp and I have been Eating here for 20 Years—And to justify to me it was the Right Side . And to Compound that Onion Rings my Wife Ordered was Ice Cold—Horrible Service and when you don’t have any Customers in there now to Start with . I will never use my Landry Account here Again after 20 Years — And she is very Disrespectful

  So when you order online they don’t offer the baked sweet potato. So I called finally got to speak to a mgr. About not being able to order a sweet potato online. He was surprised. However he is the 3rd mgr I have told this to over time. This mgr, assured me I would get my sweet potato for a delivery order. I got it okay and it was so burnt I could not eat it. They did not put dressing in one salad. They did not give us the cocktail sauce for our fried shrimp. They did not give us butter for our bread. And the food was extremely cold. I am so disappointed in SAltgrass Pearland. My daughter used to work for Landry’s Corp. And Saltgrass had declined over the years.

  My experience was not that great. My wife and I were seated quickly but we waited like 15 to 20 min before our waiter came to our table despite the restaurant being only half full to ask what we wanted. I ordered the baby back ribs while my wife ordered the fish. Both am sad to say we're not cooked well at all. The ribs were under cooked and were super rough to eat while the fish was flavorless. When we informed the manager about this, he looked at us like with exaggerating but agreed to change the order. Unfortunately the second order didn't do much better. We kindly kindly asked for the check, payed and left. Don't think will be coming back.

  Been to this specific location numerous times. Decided to become a Landry's select club member. And today 2/15/26 the food was delivered luke warm the butter on the steaks wouldn't even melt. Ordered the smothered topping onions and mushrooms and it was delivered with a pile of onions and about 4-5 small pieces of mushrooms. The 16 oz ribeye was about the same size of the 12oz. Thin steak and the 16 oz was mostly fat and grisel. Complained to the manager and waitress even showed them both plates. They offered a free dessert(2)to make up for the food issues. I Believe $10 was taken off our total bill. Needless to say spending almost every other Sunday after church at this location we will never return to any of their locations.
