Two (men of color) employees are openly rude, hostile, and unapproachable. Asking a simple question feels like an inconvenience to them. I’m always respectful to staff and understand customer-facing jobs can be stressful, but there is no excuse for repeated poor attitudes and dismissive behavior. This isn’t a one-time issue, it happens every time I shop at this location. I literally cringe at the idea of having to ask them anything. I was in the store last week. The sign said value steaks, but there were none in that area. I saw another pack labeled value pack, but it was in another area. Before going to the front , I just wanted to make sure those were the same steaks being advertised. I approached the counter. The 1 gentleman says " Yea man, what you need? I said I want to ask a question about the steaks. He looks at me wide eyed, and repeats. " Didn't you hear me, I just said what you need"? Body language, delivery, and tone are everything! Unfortunately I've come to expect this behavior while shopping here. Thats when I realized on today, I shouldn't! I previously brought similar encounters to management’s attention years ago, hoping it would improve. It hasn’t. While I don’t want anyone to lose their job, it’s clear these employees don’t value theirs or the customers they serve. I would shop at another Randall’s if one were closer, but unfortunately this is my only nearby option. Management seriously needs to address the ongoing issues in the meat department. By the look of many other reviews, Im not the only one this has affected
