- BBBlessedFeb 22, 20265.0I visited the Broadway location on 2/22 about 9:30 pm. The two young men behind the counter were both very courteous and both greeted me with a smile. Great customer service goes a long ways, especially from our younger generation. Not to mention, my pizza was piping hot and prepared as requested. I will definitely visit this location again.

They didn’t check and when I got home my order was completely wrong. I had to drive all the way back to get my order. By the time I got home, the rest of my food was cold, the pizza which had been sitting at the store for an hour+ was rubbery and cold and my family was pissed. Missed the halftime show because of this. Manager refused to do anything to compensate unless got back in the car, drive a third time during SuperBowl and return all the food. At which point I’d have to find something else for dinner. Rude manager, poor service. Don’t use this location, trust me!

The young man working at the cash register was extraordinarily friendly, very patient with my son and attentive while finishing up our order. Despite the small wait, the overall atmosphere was great because he was so kind. Thank you for your kindness sir.
