  This place is stole my money, they took my money online but they didn't give me any pizza This place is trash. Burn it all down. Super lazy garbage staff. I ordered a pizza online over an hour ago and has not been delivered. I tried calling the store, I was on hold for like 8 minutes and no one even picked up.

  Worst takeout experience of my life. It’s been months since I went to this location, but the experience was so bad it’s still a running joke with my family and friends so I felt compelled to finally leave a review. I ordered online and arrived after the estimated pickup time, only to be told they hadn’t even started the order yet and it would be another 20 minutes. Annoying, but fine I waited in my car since there’s barely any room in the lobby. After 20 minutes, I sent my wife in to check. Same response, they still hadn’t started, and it would be another 20 minutes. I went back in with her and watched another customer arrive. The guy at the front desk didn’t even look at the computer before saying his order also wasn’t made and would be 20 minutes until another employee came out and said, “Actually, his food is good.” We finally received our order an hour and a half later, only to find the food was undercooked with raw dough. There were about 4–5 employees present, but instead of making food, they were all distracted by the rain and came up front to watch it (while customers stood there staring at them like, are you going to make our food?) Corporate or the franchise owner seriously needs to look into this location and clean house. Don’t worry, we won’t be back. Papa John’s and Domino’s are right across the street.

  Ordered pan pizza and waited over an hour for a $30 flat, nasty pizza worse than a store bought frozen pizza!! How are these places staying open? I will never order again!!

  Waited over 30 minutes for 2 DoorDash items, this makes the dasher looks bad when a store don’t have the stuff together

  Went to pick up an order I placed for my Dad. Upon arrival I noticed no one was at the counter. Waited patiently and after 10 minutes decided to call the store while I was at the counter. I could hear someone in the back huffing and puffing when the phone rang. Still did not pick up the line. It finally took me yelling for someone to come help me for someone to come out from the back. Pizza Hut please hire folks who want to actually work.
