  I’ve ordered three times and every single time I had an issue, first time delivery time went up from 45 mins to hr and a half, and tried to call the store no answer, I ended up getting it cold. Second time food was warm and third tome, order gets cancelled due to running out of pans.

  I’m writing this review not just out of frustration, but out of genuine concern for the customer experience at this location. While my food arrived cold, what disappointed me far more was the level of customer service. The delivery driver showed no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no basic courtesy—simply handed over the food and left. I don’t know what he may have been dealing with personally, and I truly hope he’s okay, but when representing a brand, attitude and professionalism matter. Unfortunately, that was missing here. Afterward, I contacted the store regarding a refund. The manager did explain the process, but there was little empathy or ownership taken regarding the poor service experience. It felt transactional rather than customer-focused, which was disappointing. I noticed this location currently holds a 3.2 Google rating, and based on this experience, I can understand why. I believe this store has an opportunity to improve significantly with stronger leadership accountability, coaching, and a renewed focus on hospitality.

  I’ve ordered delivery from this location a few times and the past three times my pizza has arrived warm, as if it was sitting out. I let it go twice, but when it happened a third time I called the store location to express my dissatisfaction. On the call the employee stated that it’s due to delivery therefore the pizza would be hot and fresh if I chose carry out. I’m no stranger to pizza deliveries and I have never continually received lukewarm pizzas. Unfortunately the Pizza Hut nearby is closed until further notice.

  I do love getting Papa John's pizza in particularly this Pearland location. Lauren has the best customer service. My pizza orders are done correct! Delicious and Pipping Hot is the way My family love our pizza! I highly recommend this location. Especially if Lauren is working.

  Got there pizza was sitting on shelf and they said would have to still make wings. I said my pizza will get cold if have to wait for wings. The girl at counter said they would remake HUGE LIE. They just kept in back when got hot wings pizza very cold. Very disappointed. The workers don’t have gloves on while touching food. One guy was walking around holding pepperoni in his ungloved hands another picked up his falling pants then went back to making others pizza.
