  I put my order down for curbside at 7:08 arriving to McDonald’s at 7:15. I see a car that got there at the same time as me leave after 2 minutes. I then wait 35 minutes just for nobody to give me my food. I then go inside to see if my food is done and it’s been done since 7:17 while a guy was giving me my food to here were four people horse playing on there phones not doing a damn thing.

  The manager that goes by “Bernetta” is disrespectful and rude. She served my food cold and when i asked for a refund or for her to remake it she looked at me crazy. Than told me she’s unable to do that because i’ve made it unsanitary. Don’t recommend! Might sue or call someone above later this week.

  25 minutes waiting outside for my food call the store to let them know I was still waiting everyone else got there food but not us horrible service 😒 at least let people know and then they bring the wrong order and I am still waiting here OMG I always wait but come on people

  I order delivery here maybe once every month and each time either they give me the wrong drink, the wrong burger, or im missing something, but this time I ordered and my bread had mold on it, its disgusting be careful when ordering and check your food to make sure that there's no mold on it

  So I’m leaving this review because the cashier was new when I went in to order my food. I order an ice cream cone and a small fry. My total was 2.05 because I used my app. I initially handed the cashier a 20 because I had 2 in my hand and not the 5 cents then I realized I had some change in my pouch. I ask for the 20 back and told him to just give me .20 cents back. Because I gave him $2.25, he said he had to get his manager because he had rung me up and put the 20 in . The manager came and told him to give me .20 cents. she preceded to tell him be careful because he could have given me change back to make his draw short. If she felt that way she should have canceled the transaction all together and let me give the 2.25 , then she told him to keep the receipt but she held it in her hands instead of putting it in the drawer.the change instead of her holding on the receipt. if she thought I was trying in any way to be untrustworthy. It seems she felt I had a motive but I did not . But I’m thinking she might. Today is 12/16 at 5:04 pm. I hope it works out for the new guy!!!!
